Gets or sets the ISO 8601 creation time of this TicketGrantingTicket.

This property is optional for use in TicketRequest and may be handed over as empty string.

The timestamp marks the time this TicketGrantingTicket has been created.

This property is a string. Its value is a ISO 8601 formatted date and time string. Depending on your implementation language, you may convert it to a date or datetime type.
